    I hope you are finding the information I am providing interesting and helpful. I believe that understanding more about the body and its attempts to regulate our energy balance (i.e weight and metabolism) makes it easier to understand the importance of our lifestyle and food choices. I hope you are seeing first-hand that traditional advice can be flawed and that working with your body means healthier choices are easier to make.

    But, as I said, it is one thing knowing what you need to do, and another thing actually doing it! As women, we are genetically programmed to nurture - and that usually means putting the needs of others before our own.

    That results in our own priorities coming last on the list - and when life is busy, the last things on the list don't ever get done.

    So, I want to know how we can change that between us.

    How can we turn the THINKING into DOING?

    You may have provided answers to some of these questions already - in a live zoom or in the community, as well as before the course actually started. But, now that we are 10 weeks into this live coaching format, I'd be grateful if you could take the time to work through these structured questions to help your understanding, and mine, of how best to keep up the momentum!

    I want to know if there is anything I can change to help you stay on track!
