Please note that this is just snapshot of your CGM data - though it is useful to correlate your responses to some standardised eating plans. Repeating this CGM analysis in the future after you have established some healthier eating behaviours may show an improvement in your responses.
CGM data have not yet been rigorously researched for large populations of non-diabetics. However, increasingly, we are seeing the value of these monitors in providing feedback and motivation around healthier eating and lifestyle.
